Project REBUILD has collaborated with Community Building Partnership of Stark County over the past several years, the first year as a funding recipient for organizational capacity building assistance. Over the past three years Project REBUILD has provided complimentary home inspection, home maintenance education and homeowner advocacy services for Stark County homeowners, with a particular focus on six “target” neighborhoods in Canton.
As part of that program Project REBUILD employs a part-time licensed home inspector who provides the inspection services and the other homeowner services offered through the program.
Community Building Partnership leads efforts by funders, service providers and governmental agencies in the evaluation, planning and implementation of programs that help stabilize and rehabilitate neighborhoods.
Project REBUILD’s involvement helps confirm our commitment to assisting in the stabilization of neighborhoods, in turn, providing opportunities for safe, affordable housing.
